Purpose of this policy

The purpose of this policy is to explain the types of information Bethany Trinity Lutheran Church may gather about you, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to change or correct, the information.

Bethany Trinity Lutheran Church gathers and maintains a wide variety of financial and personal information, which is stored in electronic and hard copy files. This includes personal details and financial transactions concerning prospects, donors, employees, friends, corporations, foundations, churches, affiliate organizations, missionaries and other international partners.

Although some of this information can be located in public records, other information is proprietary, sensitive and/or confidential. All employees of Bethany Trinity Lutheran Church are required to sign a confidentiality agreement annually, pledging their individual commitment to safeguard your personal information.

 

Credit card transactions

For your convenience, Bethany Trinity Lutheran Church is pleased to accept a number of major credit cards for the purchase of materials, payment for services and charitable contributions in support of our ministry.
